Hi we are Donnie and Carol West. We currently live in GA. We have 4 amazing children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. We love to travel and try new things however our ideal date night is a quiet dinner (made by my husband) at home with our 3 rescue pups!
We have been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and with our love for traveling we have taken the next step of hosting our 2nd home in AZ. We fell in love with AZ years ago and always dreamed of owning a property there so when 2 of or boys moved out there we knew it was fate and so here we are ready to share our slice of heaven with you.

Our property faces the beautiful North Mt Preserves with great hiking 1 block over. If you’ve never experienced the amazing sunrises or sunsets of AZ you are in for a treat. Our home has beautiful daytime views from the front yard and incredible nighttime views from the backyard.
The resort feel we created is what being on vacation is all about. From the desert landscaping complete with our own Saguaro cactus in the front of the property to the complete resort feel in the back of the property. Our pool area is fenced (safety 1st) and has a beautiful water feature and palm trees. It just beg you to relax and refresh your body, mind and soul. The custom 5 hole putting green is for practicing your short game or simply just messing around. We have set up the property to have multiple areas to eat, drink and be merry. We wanted it to be all about entertaining and relaxing. You can sit by the outdoor fireplace or perhaps the gas fire table , if you’re like me and want the warmth but not the hassle lol. The kitchen offers a pass through window that is perfect if you are grilling and want to set up on the countertop outside for ease of cooking and serving.
The indoor space is just as amazing. We have a large sectional big enough for all to sit back and watch a movie, tv show or a sports game of your choice on our 85″ smart TV. We offer Netflix but feel free to use your own streaming app if you’d like.
We had a vision of making our home a place we could share with other families in the hopes that your family will create memories that will last a lifetime.

Have you ever wanted to take a vacation but couldn’t decide if you wanted to go to the mountains, skiing or the beach? Why choose between the two when Arizona gives you the best of all worlds. Do you love the outdoors? Our home sits in a beautiful neighborhood that is great for walking or if you want to challenge yourself North Mt Preserve (Shaw Butte trails) are a stones’ throw away. If golf is your thing then you already know that AZ is known for its top rated courses. There are over 200 to choose from. Our property is centrally located, just 20 mins from the airport or 25 mins to Desert Ridge, Ole Towne or Westgate (State Farm Stadium). Spring training stadiums are scattered throughout the area, all about 20 mins from the property. There are way too many options to list.
With both fine or local dining, shopping , entertainment and golf nearby come see for yourself all that AZ has to offer, you’ll be glad you did!
